Buy Retatrutide as a lyophilised research peptide in sealed glass vials of 5 mg, 10 mg or 15 mg. Retatrutide (research code LY3437943) is a synthetic peptide that binds three receptors: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. In laboratories it is a common reference compound for triple agonist studies.

Buy Retatrutide: vial sizes and form

Retatrutide is available in three vial sizes. The 5 mg vial suits short experiments and method tests. The 10 mg and 15 mg vials are intended for series with several samples, or for laboratories that run the compound next to Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. Every vial contains lyophilised powder under a sealed cap, with the amount and the lot number printed on the label. For documented batches a certificate of analysis is available on request with that lot number, reporting identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC. The powder travels without cooling. You reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water in the laboratory when you need it.

Research areas for Retatrutide

Retatrutide is used to study how one molecule addresses three receptors of the incretin and glucagon system at the same time. Coskun and colleagues first described the compound in Cell Metabolism in 2022. Typical fields are:

  • Receptor pharmacology of GLP-1, GIP and glucagon in cell assays
  • Signalling studies that compare single, dual and triple agonists
  • Analytical method development for incretin peptides (HPLC, mass spectrometry)

Retatrutide has no marketing authorisation as a medicine. Our guide Retatrutide: what the research shows summarises the published studies and the regulatory status. All three incretin peptides are listed under GLP-1 and metabolic research peptides.

Retatrutide study status in 2026: the TRIUMPH programme

Retatrutide is in phase 3. Eli Lilly runs the clinical programme under the name TRIUMPH, a series of studies in several metabolic indications, alongside the TRANSCEND-T2D studies. First phase 3 data have been reported by the developer since late 2025. As of October 2026 neither the EMA nor the FDA has approved Retatrutide, so any statement about benefits in humans would be premature. For a laboratory this means: the compound is a well-characterised reference molecule, not a medicine.

Retatrutide, WADA and legal status

Retatrutide is not named individually on the WADA Prohibited List, but as a substance without approval for human therapeutic use it falls under class S0 (non-approved substances), prohibited at all times. Within the EU, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the national authorities decide whether a product counts as a medicinal product. We sell Retatrutide strictly for research use. Rules differ between countries, so check the law that applies where your laboratory is based before you order.

Buy Retatrutide in the EU: delivery and payment

Every order leaves our EU warehouse in the Netherlands and arrives in 1 to 3 working days, tracked and in neutral packaging. The price you see is the price in your currency including VAT; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is by bank transfer, and the checkout shows which methods are currently available for your country.

Questions about Retatrutide

Is "reta peptide" the same as Retatrutide?

Yes. "Reta" is the short name researchers use most, and you will also see "Triple-G" (for the three receptors GLP-1, GIP and glucagon) and "GLP-3 RT". All of them refer to Retatrutide, research code LY3437943, the compound on this page.

Is Retatrutide an approved medicine?

No. As of October 2026 Retatrutide has no marketing authorisation in the EU; the developer has announced regulatory submissions for 2027. The compound in this shop is a research chemical for laboratory use. We give no information on use in humans. The regulatory status is tracked in our guide Retatrutide: what the research shows, linked above.

Which vial size should a laboratory choose?

Choose the amount you will use within a short period after reconstitution. Several small vials keep more of the compound as stable powder than one large vial that is opened early.

Can I order Retatrutide to any EU country?

Yes. We deliver Retatrutide for laboratory research to every EU member state from our warehouse in the Netherlands, usually within 1 to 3 working days. Whether a research peptide may be imported is decided by national law, so check the rules in your country first.

Read more: how the three incretin peptides differ is explained in Retatrutide vs Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide. To work out concentrations after reconstitution, use the peptide calculator. All related compounds are listed under GLP-1 and metabolic research peptides.
